What you are signing up for
A MindBelly subscription delivers 30 stick packs, one month's supply, with free US shipping every time.
- Your first month is $39. That is 50% off the one-time price of $79.
- Every month after is $49. Billed automatically on the same date each month.
We charge the card you used at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor, not by us.
The 2-month minimum
Subscriptions have a 2-month minimum. You are committing to your first order at $39 and your second at $49, which is $88 in total.
We ask for two months because of how the product works. The nootropics do something from the first week, but the probiotic strains need several weeks to settle in, so a single month does not tell you anything reliable either way.
Our 90-day money-back promise runs a full month past that minimum. If you take it for two months and do not love it, you get your money back, so the minimum term is not a trap.
How to cancel
Once your second order has shipped you can cancel at any time, from your account, with no phone call and no email required:
- Sign in to your account at mindbelly.com
- Open Subscriptions
- Choose Manage, then Cancel
To cancel before your second order ships, email hello@mindbelly.com and we will take care of it. You keep whatever has already been delivered, and the 90-day promise still applies to it.
Pausing, skipping and changing dates
You can pause your subscription, skip a single delivery, or move your delivery date at any time, including during the 2-month minimum. Same screen, same three clicks.
Renewals and reminders
Your subscription continues month to month until you cancel. We email you before each renewal with the date and the amount, so nothing arrives as a surprise. If you need to skip or cancel, that email is the moment to do it.
If we change the price
If we ever change your monthly price, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it still has not gone through after 14 days, we pause the subscription rather than keep trying, and nothing ships until you reactivate it.
