Refund policy

The 90-day promise

Take MindBelly every day for up to 90 days from your first order. If you do not love it, email hello@mindbelly.com with your order number and we will refund what you paid.

The pouch can be open. It can be half empty. That is the point: you cannot judge a gut-brain supplement without actually taking it, so we do not ask you to send back something unopened.

You do not need to ship anything back. Once we have your order number we process the refund. Keep whatever is left, or bin it.

The promise covers your first order and any subscription order billed within 90 days of it.

How long a refund takes

We approve refunds within 2 business days of your email. The money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us and we will chase it.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, email hello@mindbelly.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, and you do not need to return anything.

Orders that have not shipped yet

Email us before your order leaves our facility and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once the carrier has it, the 90-day promise above applies instead.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions run for a 2-month minimum. The 90-day promise is deliberately longer than that minimum, so you are never committed to something you cannot get your money back from. You can pause, skip or change a delivery at any time, and cancel from your account once your second order has shipped. Full detail is in our Subscription policy.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable.

European Union, 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. If the pouch is unopened, return it and we refund you in full. If it is opened, our 90-day promise above applies instead, which is the more generous of the two.

Returns address

You do not need to send anything back to claim a refund. If we ever do ask you to return something, the address is:
